The Upper Canada Brewing Company is a pioneer in the North American craft brewing renaissance. The company brews a wide variety of highly-respected, award-winning lagers and ales. All are brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Act of 1516, which allows the use of only four pure ingredients: malted barley, hops, yeast and water.

From the beginning, Upper Canada set out to make some of the finest beers in the world, and we have now been doing it for over twenty years.
